What is in Season - cool weather

Cool weather crops generally grow in temperatures between upper 20's to upper 70's. Our South Texas Winters usually accommodate this nicely.  If the low 20's or teens are reached, severe damage will occur except for Spinach. Our weather can vary greatly year to year which will effect availability. The times listed are "rule of thumb" figures.
